Terms of service.

We keep the information on this website accurate and current. Descriptions of services are general — the scope, method and cost of any particular job are set out in the written quote for that job, and the quote governs.

Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a stated price.

Submitting a request through this website does not create a contract or reserve a booking. We will contact you to confirm the scope before any work is scheduled.

Please give accurate information in your request. The more accurate it is, the more accurate the quote.

Program. KT Electrical Contractors (KT Electrical Contractors LLC) sends text messages only to customers who opt in. It is a single program of job-related messages; we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. On our quote request form, a visitor enters their mobile number and may tick a separate, optional text-message box. The box is unticked by default, is not required to submit the form, and is separate from the box agreeing to be contacted by phone or email. Customers can also agree by phone or in person, after our office reads them the same disclosures. A phone number given without ticking the text-message box is used only to call you about your request. It is never enrolled in text messages.

What we send: Replies to your quote request; appointment scheduling; quote follow-ups, with a link to view or approve your quote; invoice and payment reminders, with a link to view or pay your invoice; and a request to review our work once your job is complete.

What we never send: Promotions, offers, discounts or advertising of any kind; messages on behalf of any other business; and messages to numbers bought, rented or taken from a lead list.

Frequency. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile carrier may.

Opting out. Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPTOUT) to any message to opt out. STOP ends all texts from us. You will receive one message confirming it, and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. You can also opt out by calling (509) 953-1186 or emailing klong@ktecontractors.com.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We share your mobile number only with our SMS platform provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages you asked for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
