When you submit a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the project location, the type of work, your timing, your preferred contact method and your description of the job.

If you opt in to text messages, we also keep a record of that consent: the date and time, the page and the exact wording you agreed to, and the IP address it came from.

We do not ask for payment details through this website.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, schedule it and invoice it — and, only if you agreed, to keep you updated by text message.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

KT Electrical Contractors (KT Electrical Contractors LLC) runs one text-message program: messages about your enquiry and your job. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. On our quote request form, a visitor enters their mobile number and may tick a separate, optional text-message box. The box is unticked by default, is not required to submit the form, and is separate from the box agreeing to be contacted by phone or email. Customers can also agree by phone or in person, after our office reads them the same disclosures.

A phone number given without ticking the text-message box is used only to call you about your request. It is never enrolled in text messages.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is never inferred from an enquiry, a purchase, or from agreeing to be contacted by phone or email.

What we send, and only to numbers that opted in: Replies to your quote request; appointment scheduling; quote follow-ups, with a link to view or approve your quote; invoice and payment reminders, with a link to view or pay your invoice; and a request to review our work once your job is complete.

What we never send: Promotions, offers, discounts or advertising of any kind; messages on behalf of any other business; and messages to numbers bought, rented or taken from a lead list.

For each opt-in we record the mobile number, the exact wording shown, the date and time, the page it was given on, the wording version and the IP address it came from.

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile carrier may.

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPTOUT) to any message to opt out. STOP ends all texts from us. You will receive one message confirming it, and no further texts. We share your mobile number only with our SMS platform provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages you asked for.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

Enquiries and job records are retained so we have a history of work carried out at your property. That record is what lets us answer questions about an installation years after it was completed.

Records of consent to text messages are kept for at least five years after the last message we send you, as proof of what you agreed to.

If you would like your enquiry deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

This website uses only what is required to function. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say what is collected and why.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the office or email us and we will deal with it.
