Metered service panel and conduit run to a newly built property

New Construction

Planned in from the start, not worked around.

The work

What's involved.

New construction is a team-oriented process for us, built on close collaboration with contractors, architects and designers so the electrical system is integrated into the project rather than fitted around it. We take a building from service planning through rough-in to final trim and inspection.

What it covers
  • Service and distribution planning
  • Complete rough-in
  • Devices, fixtures and trim-out
  • Lighting layouts
  • Coordination with other trades
  • Inspection scheduling and sign-off

When to call

Signs it is timeto get someone out.

01

You are building from the ground up

Getting the service size and distribution right at the planning stage avoids the most expensive category of rework there is.

02

You need a trade that holds the programme

We sequence with the other trades rather than against them, so electrical is not the reason the schedule moves.

03

The drawings need a second read

We review the electrical against how the building will actually be used, and raise what does not work before it is installed.
